KD Custom Knives, Foxborough, MA
Owner and Craftsman Sept ’14 – Present
Bladesmithing is my true passion and KD Custom Knives is my own brand of handmade kitchen knives. I began under the mentor-ship of Adam Simha of MKS Knives in Cambridge, MA. I’ve sold to chefs at Boston Restaurants SRV, The Salty Pig, and Benedetto, as well as Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull. Every step is done in house from shaping the bar stock, heat treating, and the final fit and finish.
